Truth, care and wise use

A map can guide.
It cannot diagnose.

These resources support seeing and meaningful movement; they do not replace personalised medical, psychological, legal or crisis care.

Terms and educational use

Education, not diagnosis or treatment

Recovering Wholeness integrates Christian spiritual formation, coaching perspectives and accessible neurological education. It is not medical or psychological diagnosis, psychotherapy, emergency care or a promise of a particular outcome.

Move at the pace of safety

You remain free to pause any reflection or practice. When material awakens overwhelming memories, distress or body responses, slowing down and seeking qualified trauma-informed support can be meaningful movement.

Spiritual language

This is an explicitly Christian resource centred on Jesus Christ and the transforming Presence of Holy Spirit. Spiritual practices may accompany appropriate professional care; they should not be used to shame someone, deny harm or prevent necessary treatment and protection.

Copyright and personal use

Unless a resource states otherwise, the writing, frameworks, maps and visual language are © 2026 Recovering Wholeness. You may print available reflection pages for your own personal use. Please request permission before reproducing, teaching, selling, adapting or distributing the material.
