When a map is not enough

You do not have
to carry alone.

Prayer, trustworthy relationship, skilled professional care and wise protection can belong in the same house.

Care and support

Coaching and accompaniment

You are welcome to reach out when you would value a conversation about coaching or the Recovering Wholeness resources. Coaching is not a substitute for mental-health treatment or emergency intervention.

Professional support

Please consider a qualified healthcare or trauma-informed mental-health professional when distress is persistent, daily functioning is affected, trauma is being relived, or a practice feels destabilising.

Urgent danger or crisis

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, at risk of suicide or unable to remain safe, do not wait for an email response. Contact South African emergency services on 112 from a mobile phone, 10177 for ambulance services or 10111 for police assistance; go to the nearest emergency department; or contact an appropriate local crisis service.

Recovering Wholeness honours spiritual care and appropriate clinical support as distinct forms of help that can work alongside one another.
