We may manage image, achievement and admiration so identity feels secure. The visible self becomes carefully performed rather than freely inhabited.
JESUS AT THE CENTRE
In Christ we are known before we perform and loved before we disappear. Salvation invites the hidden and performed self out of hiding into beloved identity.

THE BRAIN IS NOT THE ENEMY
Repeated relational experiences teach the brain which versions of us appear safest. New experiences of truth, grace and secure connection can gradually open different pathways.
